Cancellation Policy

It's completely understandable that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you might need to adjust your appointment with us. We want to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring our stylists' time is respected. If you find yourself needing to cancel, you'll receive a full refund as long as you let us know within 48 hours of your appointment time. After that 48-hour window, we're unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We're happy to help you reschedule your appointment once if you do so within 48 hours of your appointment time, and your original deposit will simply transfer over. However, please keep in mind that if you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required, as deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!
